Tears cried today you would think an awful day or that I was leaving for ever. Quite the opposite -an absolutely wonderful day with my volunteers. Best team I could wish for - going to miss them so much when I start my new job with NSPCC - it’s not goodbye it’s see you soon!💚💚

Lots of utility companies could learn a thing or 2 from Welsh Water - mum recently passed away so trying to sort things out. Spoke to the most lovely and helpful person called Paul today - faith in human kind restored!

Well Yodel by InPost Delivery Network still waiting for a response. Shocking customer service. BrewDog if I haven’t heard from yodel by Monday I will be looking for a refund - this is totally unacceptable- Father’s Day present ruined. Frustration of no one coming back to me from yodel. 😡😡😡

To the lovely NHS lady in Tesco Mold who upon seeing me have a coughing fit didn’t recoil and give me the covid look but asked if I was ok and needed water 💙. I cough a lot and she is the first person ever - other than family and friends to ask if I am ok ❤️
