The burst water main near Brecon Road, Abergavenny, has now been fixed.

The water network is being recharged but will be done slowly to prevent bursts, airlocks and discoloured water, supplies should be restored to customers by later this afternoon.

To support customers who still have no water in Abergavenny, we've set-up a bottled water station at the Premier Inn, Westgate House, Llanfoist, Abergavenny NP7 9LH.

We’d like to thank our customers for bearing with us while we carry out this complicated repair.

We’ve been working overnight on the burst main by Brecon Road, Abergavenny. We’ve managed to restore some water supplies by using tankers and reconfiguring our local drinking water network. Some areas in the town may still be without water supplies as this repair continues.

We're currently dealing with a water main by Brecon Road in Abergavenny, damaged earlier this evening by a third party. Our teams are on site, but customers may experience interruption to supplies. We’re sorry about this, we'll be working overnight and will keep customers updated
