So it's another day in pandemic-dise. Aaaand I made another blackberry crumble. I think the fruit and oatmeal ingredients are helping to offset the sugar guilt 😜. Ps the gold spoons were my mom's and she passed away last July. I am missing her right now, so out they come!

Today I made chocolate babka...for the first time! Kinda labour intensive but the result was yummy gooey chocolate-y goodness. I think at this point I am just trying to justify buying the huge 10 kg bag of flour from Costco on Regent ave

Today I made fudgy gooey chocolate brownies with white chocolate chips pressed into the top. Maybe next time I'll try M&Ms or pretzels? Kind of ironic since I should be following an anti-inflammatory diet...so I am not really sure what I am doing here is what I am saying 🤣

Today I ordered enough seed to grow a large pumpkin patch in my backyard,with some awesome heritage varieties of pumpkin. Also enough to grow a small corn maze for my kids (bigger than last year's corn maze but still a small corn maze) Translation: I am ready for the snow to melt

I just ordered a Rink in a Bag a la Canadian Tire. Which is a huge plastic bag that you fill with water and freeze. I grew up skating on these. They are small and bumpy but I loved having my very own rink as a kid 😁

I have too many pots and pans going right now...one of them is bone broth...and how did I even get myself into this?? 🤔😆🤣

I'm afraid I am going to end up like Rachel on Friends where she starts layering desert ingredients in a trifle bowl....gets distracted then ends up layering the rest with Shepard's Pie ingredients
