apparently; round, padded shields in the hands of protestors = an indicator that someone plans to fight square, hard plastic shields in the hands of cops = inherently defensive ... sure ok

PPB were unlawfully shooting people in the head for fun. We have seen on multiple occasions where the Portland Police Bureau caused life threatening head juries.
