A few things my employer said in closing arguments: 1. When my Ssgt admitted to protecting my sgt from a #harassment complaint, he wasn’t talking about “#Sexual”harassment. Just the normal kind. 2. Csts, Sgts and Ssgts are all in the same bargaining unit, so they aren’t liable.
