Krishna in Gita (10.24) says He's Skanda among warriors. Skanda has 6 faces. Perhaps 6 indicates His victory over 6 enemies: kama (desire), krodha (anger), lobha (greed), mada (ego), moha (attachment), and matsarya (jealousy). Worship Krishna or Skanda to destroy these enemies.

Swati nakshatram prakarotsavam in Laxmi Narasimhar temple in RT Nagar, Bengaluru, on Sat, 5 July 2025. This is the first time that standing Narasimhar (Nindra Tirukolam in Tamizh) participated in prakarotsavam. Looks like He's emulating Tirupati Srinivasar, who's shown standing.

Why does Bhairava have head of Brahma in His hand? Head = thoughts = desires. Bhairava (Shiva) is destroyer of desires; that's why Shiva burnt Kama Deva. Destroying mind means destroying desires. That's why Bhairava is Guru of Sani Mahatma; Vairagya karaka Sani has no desires.

Religion is about finding the right balance. Vishnu is too harsh; Laxmi is too gentle. Worship Them together to find balance. Krishna highlights importance of balance in Gita (6.16), where He says you shouldn't eat too much or too little, or sleep too much or sleep too little.

Happy Guru Purnima. A Guru unites you with Him. Hanuman ji is greatest Guru--He united Sita with Rama. He was a soldier who tried to teach Ravana--by burning Lanka--what happens when you ignore Him. He also recommended Vibeeshana to Rama as a devotee who should be accepted.🙏

On 8 Jul 2025, I started Sk Ra Sa (lords of 5, 9, 9 for Mituna lg). Same day I saw post on Bande Mahakali. Today I visited temple. Huge rush, but good darshan. They were doing abishekam for Kali. All of us passed between Kali & priest and we also literally had abishekam with Her.

Anger (Kuja) & sadness (Sani) prevent you from thinking clearly. Perhaps that's why Hanuman ji is worshipped on Tuesday/Saturday. He removes sadness & anger & helps thought. Kuja's linked with Ketu & Sani with Rahu; Surya's Hanuman ji's Guru, so all natural malefics are covered.

In 2020 (Sk Sk Sa) friend gave me his old mobile; I'm still using it. In 2024 (Sk Ra Ra) I got new tablet. Recently sold it; it's hard to use outside the house. Sani gives items that last. I'm running Sk Ra Sa from Jul - Dec 2025. Planning to buy new mobile during this period.
