#spasticity case of the day! Spastic muscles often have thickened fascia, limiting muscle contraction/stretch/ROM. Needle FASCIOTOMY is effective in some cases to reduce resistance to passive stretch and spasticity. No nerve block here. UTHealth Houston PM&R #physiatry
