The irony of Marvel trying to sell this movie on the goodwill of A24 films when the MCU-ification of modern movies has had a directly negative impact on A24 and other similar studios is pretty funny.

Even if ticket prices were $5 I have a hard time believing that a lot of the people complaining about expensive tickets today would actually go see more movies. Seeing movies is just not something most people prioritize doing more than a handful of times a year.

I feel like a lot of people will say the final shot of Blair Witch, but for me the moments leading up to that shot are much more tense. Not knowing what’s coming..
