As already suggested Evandro Martins F. MD we went with a dual lumen catheter in mind. 7Fr Guide, 7 Fr Trapliner. P50 in D1 and Sasuke. Difficult to position the Sidehole and with some difficulty managed to wire the LAD with Fielder XTA.

The major difference between #GladiusEX and #GladiusMG is the #distal #shaft #support. #GladiusEX has a balanced shaft support with a gradual increase of stiffness from the tip, while #GladiusMG has a sudden increase of shaft stiffness at 8mm from the tip.
