Ending new cases of HIV by 2030 in England is possible but the Government must produce a plan that leaves no one behind. I'm proud to support Terrence Higgins Trust National AIDS Trust Elton John AIDS Foundation, and have written to Matt Hancock urging him to produce an HIV Action Plan worthy of its name.
