VP: Calling the President of Alliance Industries. "She has been upgraded as intended. Her capabilities should grow exponentially. Yes. We shall see if she will let loose. She is becoming what we wanted her to become. Soon, she will change the world. Just how we planned." End.

Emma, having been out busting down bad guys, would then be seen sitting at the edge of a tall neon lighted building. Eyes scanning the always sprawling, Nocturne City. With the added upgrades, she had now become more lethal than previously made to be.

Watches as people walk about and interact with one another.

Decides it would be best to go for a walk. Maybe she could try and interact with others, provided if others want to interact with her.
