12 hours and still counting in the ER Yale New Haven Hosp just to run some tests is insane. Smh! City of New Haven needs another hospital as an option!😡

Ordered a package from Amazon and it was sent out for delivery by UPS ! Saying delivery was attempted while saying the address is inaccurate is a crazy lie! Someone is always at my home, ALWAYS. SMH. Tried calling UPS and of course automated only, no live person! 😡🤬

Went to have a sandwich made at CT State Gateway and it was not made correctly and rather refund me my money as asked to do, was told it couldnt be done. SMH! The cafeteria isn't doing people right! I need my money refunded to me, please and thank you!

One thing about me is, I don't like to visit my sibling who I make medical decisions for, to find that he was moved but I wasn't notified. Finally found him after 30 mins and asked for a doctor to call me and never recieved a call regarding my sibling and his status. Yale New Haven Hosp SMH!
