NEJM Both the authors are Neurologist & no Radiologist to interpret images correctly resulting in wrong labelling of far lateral Osteophyte as the cause of leak! Reputation & Quality of NEJM at stake! Policy of accepting Imaging studies without Radiology author should STOP!
