What is the point of independent review if you're just going to ignore it Cyngor Celfyddydau Cymru | Arts Council of Wales ? This seems like an embarrassing lack of transparency behind this decision and a complete disregard for the lives of people behind this org, as well as the many freelancers they work with.

However your feelings towards NTW, Arts Council Wales are clearly not following the processes they should and to ignore an independent panel's review unacceptable for a public funding body. We need to have an open and considered look at what is happening here with NTW.
