#PHTawards2023 - the first retrofit presented today is Harry Paticas’ Bowman’s Lea. A typical 1970s 3-storey mid-terrace townhouse, retrofitted using the step-by-step EnerPHit method, and utilising bio-based materials where possible.

#PHTawards2023- Heather McNeill of A D Practice Ltd presents Harpenden, a detached 4-bed property in a conservation area. The house received an EnerPHit Plus upgrade, that could be rolled out at scale.

We approach our retrofit work at a neighborhood level through school workshops with students!👥 Schools, as central community hubs, can potentially influence up to 2,500 people, whilst building knowledge and skills across local areas! 🏘️
