This is personal. Many Govt of Canada agencies routinely get bashed on Twitter. Just got off the phone w CRA formerly known as Revenue Canada. It was a minor bookkeeping matter. Still, I'm overwhelmed by the kindness of this Canadian civil servant. Thank you Government of Canada.
