Hey Air France FR .. how about you stop lying in your customer support emails? Telling customers they can call and talk to an agent, and then have the machine hang up on you by telling you to on online? Dang, that is one good way to grind peoples gears ... #fail #bureaucrats

Hey Air France FR canceling people flights and then making it hard to support their claims is one sure way they never book with you again. Agents on the phone just tell me: this is not my department, I can't help you. All I hear is: I can't help you. #fail #customercarefail #worst
