More 2 fully packaged Houses today have been inaugurated by the SFR’s ED and Mayor Nyamasheke District Mr Mupenzi Narcisse in #KaganoSector. The houses will be a shelter to more than 10vulnerable children,livestock animals were also provided as a continued effort to empower the families
