Going through our emails we have sent no less than 67 different press requests / releases /one sheets of albums by Black artists to different Pitchfork contacts and received exactly one mention in a roundup article that was completely unrelated to any of these inquiries.

This has been a really intense few weeks personally on top of everything but I am so filled with hope and love about these two preorders were dropping this bandcamp Friday. These will be the LAST TWO releases of 2020 for us as we are doing some restructuring (1/2)

(2/2) and coming back way stronger and way more focused in 2021. Getting to turn this into something real with my friends is such a special experience even when it’s hard - it’s born and continues out of love and anger and hopefully some healing.
