Stephen Evans Crown Prosecution Service It is settled law that the Established Church of England is not a legal personality so it can neither sue nor be sued in law. Accordingly, how can there be a prosecution on behalf of an ill defined entity such as Islam? Further, there is no legal right not to be offended.
