the school was built by the US Embassy in collaboration with residents of avetakpo home and abroad. we have been neglected for close to 20 years now.

our roots are from mepe (north tongu). we occupied this area belonging to adidome traditional council 100s of years ago. even if it’s staged this is the reality these children, pregnant women, sick people face trying to access basic social amenities.

even if it’s staged, i went for a funeral in Avetakpo yesterday. i have to walk from Adwoakcp3 and walk through this stream to get there because the roads are bad. what wrong did we do to deserve this neglect my Hon. Bedzra?
