Right now at the ecrea_eu JSS conference Sheffield Journalism, Joëlle Swart and Marcel Broersma are presenting their work on inequality in access to news and formation of news habits - what impact can a free subscription to news have for audiences with low economic capital?

In Sheffield this week for the ECREA journalism studies division conference. Lots of University of Groningen RUG Journalistiek research on display, including a paper by clarajm Sandra Banjac and Folker Hanusch using two-sided video ethnography to study journalism’s audiences.
