I’ve been on hold w/ Delta for 5+ hours! Won’t let me change my flight online so this is the only way. They didn’t offer a call back option either. I really hope after this huge inconvenience & poor business practice, they’ll at least let me make changes without paying any thing

Going on 6+ hours on hold with Delta ! Who has time for this? Can’t change online and no call back option! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Well, I spent 7h of my Sunday on hold w Delta - if I test positive for Covid the day of my flight, as long as I’m vaccinated and wearing a mask, I can still fly. Doesn’t make me feel safe! No change fees tho so that’s good. But still have to pay fare difference to change flight
