SecureAccess Washington is the entry portal for single sign-on to reach over 300 Washington state services. We provide login security so you don't have to maintain multiple accounts to access state services.

If you need assistance with your unemployment claim, medical leave, business taxes or any other state government services, please contact those agencies directly, as we do not administer those systems.

Email sent by SecureAccess Washington to Yahoo email addresses for multifactor authentication (MFA) may currently be delayed due to an increase in volume. If possible, please use a different method to receive your MFA code while we work to resolve this.

Mail delivery from SAW to Yahoo addresses has returned to normal. If you are still not receiving mail from SAW, please ensure that you have taken appropriate action with your provider to allow [email protected] to send emails to you again before contacting us.

Our third party SMS (text message) provider has reported "SMS Delivery Delays to US Google Voice" beginning at 7:31am on Monday, May 16th. If you are using a Google Voice number for multifactor authentication (MFA), you may experience delays until this is resolved.

Our email provider for multi-factor authentication (MFA) has reported delays to smaller domains. This may impact users who are not using major domains such as gmail, outlook, yahoo, etc.

If you previously used the MySecure DSHS online portal, you have been redirected to SecureAccessWA. You can log in here using the same Username and password. You don’t need to create a new account.
