Currys & Currys plc Very disappointed that my laptop which was with in its 12 month guarantee went back to be fixed. They couldn’t fix it and I was fobbed off with the excuse that I broke it. Not impressed and very annoyed whatever happened to consumer rights.

This is still going on Currys has still not sorted this issue out and are saying that it was out of warranty. Also that I broke it. Not good enough. It went to the shop and they can’t fix it so need to replace not tell me it’s now out of guarantee 🤷🏻‍♀️

This their answer. Just flabbergasted tbh. The queue was huge and they were happy to let people in in tables of 4 but wouldn’t let us split our group up. It makes no sense at all. @TGIFridaysUK
