The stats of how much money is stuck in unnecessary and expensive credit shared by maya fisher-french is scary but really exciting. If we can work out ways to flip that credit spending behaviour into savings behaviour we could really have something awesome on our hands! #SiO2018
The use of chat bots (particularly through whatsapp) to lower the barrier to opening new savings and investments accounts is awesome. It also forces the company to think like the user! The Nedgroup Investments chat bot is great example that is live in SA. Paul Cartmel #SiO2018
