Rewatched the Seattle Seawolves Rugby v Legion Rugby game and the Toronto Arrows RC v @Hou_Sabercats games last night, and I feel like the Arrows and the Seawolves are very evenly matched coming in to Saturday’s game at Starfire Sports !! Should be an outstanding match!!

The Toronto Arrows RC brought their A game today, and put on a rugby class that was awesome to witness. I pity the Major League Rugby teams that have to face them, even without Sheppard.

Enjoyed getting to hang with @durutalo_8 and @tonyridnell tonight! Rubbing shoulders with these gentlemen who have represented my country so well.. it’s humbling and an honor.
