Okay so I have time today to inform y'all about my devastating experience Chick-fil-A, Inc. yesterday.. I'm still hurt today bc I wouldn't expect that unbecoming behavior from one of their managers. Dude literally told shrugged off my dissatisfaction.
Now the portion size and cost ratio is excellent because that was a small, but it tasted like strong butt black coffee with caramel syrup. I'm one for constructive criticism bc it's all about improvement with me. So I tell a Chick-fil-A, Inc. team member.
I explained to the young man my concerns in a polite manner. He asked about a sticker, which wasn't on the cup. The young man turned to speak with a gentleman in a burgundy colored button down, who I assume to be the Chick-fil-A, Inc. manager.
I explained to the Chick-fil-A, Inc. manager what it tasted like and gave instructions on how to make it better. 😊 I told him about the color and that I'm an avid ice coffee drinker and the ones from McDonald's, which are delish, are no where near that dark.
Do you know what the manager told my chipper self?! He told me it is a test product and doesn't care about what competitors are doing. GASPS. I was SHOCKED! I NEVER would have thought to hear such things from a Chick-fil-A, Inc. employee.
My feelings are still hurt and those who know me know I love Chick-fil-A, Inc..
Dude trying to get me to be okay with that piss poor caramel iced coffee from Chick-fil-A, Inc.. Hell no. It's Chick freaking fil-a. They don't do piss poor there, no sir, so when I experience piss poor service and food they need to know so they can fix it!
