I really want to draw some wide spread/global weight gain stuff, but drawing multiple characters and a full environment is really daunting

I found an old sketch I’d started trying to capture a widespread gaining scenario. Just mundane scenarios like a trip through the airport in a world where the average weight falls far north of obese.
