@MelthamChris Ryanair Same here cost us Β£900 to get home after being abandoned in KrakΓ³w by Ryanair... Refuse to refund or compensate us, despite turning their phone lines off and closing airport desks and offering no advise on getting back to the UK

Ryanair Press Team Isn’t it frustrating! I suppose a similar question was posed by millions of Ryanair customers....why was Ryanair so slow to process refunds? What was it doing to speed them up? Other airlines managed to process them so much quicker?
Oh the double standards Ryanair! πŸ˜‚
