I am absolutely outraged with British Airways who have just told us that because they cancelled our flight out and didn’t decline the rebooked flights they put us on 2 DAYS later that they’ve also automatically cancelled our return flights. How is this fair??! Pls retweet.
Me Heathrow Airport - we stayed on runway for British Airways Faro flight for 4hrs, it got cancelled, we got escorted off & then told they lost our luggage. Bags piled high & stinking in airport now, no staff to explain or sort. Avoid checking bags if possible!
Thanks British Airways for cancelling our flight with no notice two hours out this afternoon while we were in a taxi to Heathrow. Surely you could have had the decency to inform customers with a reasonable amount of time? #appalling#heathrow

I was on my way to the airport when British Airways dropped me an email to inform that the flight has been cancelled. nobody answers the phone, the next flight the system offers is 5 days from now. luckily, I am fully aware of my rights and know what to do next.

Hey British Airways…my irreplaceable music-making equipment has been lost by BA for six days. I’ve tried every avenue. I can’t get any information by phone or email, we’ve gone to multiple airports to get help in person only to be sent in circles for hours. Please help! -Dave
