Found a piece of con history on my barely used account! Project SEAPonyCon - A Place for Friendship has been a long-dreamed event by multiple communities across Southeast Asia and these are one of the few (failed) proposals we pitched around. It took us until 2017 to 17% the attendance estimated here.
