I've got to be honest I'm not a fan of some stuff FMA 03 does heading into its last cour, but once they started playing some Asian Kung-fu Generation it definitely got me rocking out.

One thing that FMA 03 and Game of Thrones has in common is that the geography gets real wacky in the home stretch. Somehow Ed goes from Liore to Resembool seemingly by foot, then to Dublith part way by train, and then to Central (somehow) over a few episodes and maybe two days.

I was reorganizing some files after recording the first podcast since I got this new computer and found a batch of files where I decided to break my usual naming conventions.

I'm catching up on the Nintendo news and I'm truly disappointed that the sequel to Octopath Traveler isn't called Project Nonapath Traveler. I would also accept a prequel called Project Septapath Traveler.

I was honestly disappointed that the Japan set Assassin's Creed will be set in "feudal" (presumably Warring States) Japan when the Meiji Restoration is such a better time period for that franchise. Luckily, Team Ninja is making a Meiji-era action RPG so now I don't have to care.

I just watched the new Genshin Concert and it's incredible! Shiro Sagisu (Eva, Bleach) was Music Director, J-rock band FLOW did a cover of Raiden Shogun's Trailer theme, and a band of goth rock maids called Band-Maid covered the Winery theme. Just amazing. youtu.be/LrqsaO9Cf2M

There's a whole fight scene in the second FMA movie that's supposed to be in the rain, but the rain is just a filter and some digital effects in the background. Everyone's costumes (including Roy's gloves!) and hair are obviously bone-dry. This is driving me crazy.

In over 10 years of podcasting and almost 20 years of friendship, I can confidently say I have never been more dumbfounded by something Jonathan has done than the reveal of this podcast's topic.

I know I haven't tweeted in like 7 months, but I've got a very timely and relevant comment to share with everyone: Halloween Ends playing Don't Fear the Reaper at the end is the funniest needle drop I've ever seen and I can't for the life of me figure out how intentional that is.
