more incompetence from City of Winnipeg Two months with no replacement garbage bin. Now no one picking up our trash manually, three weeks in a row. Garbage littered all over the back lane because creatures got into the bags again. How long will this bull shit go on John Orlikow. Parody.
Wednesday morning the garbage bags will be on the step of 510 Main Street attn:John Orlikow. Parody. When will this city forget its cute pet projects and focus on core services, can’t even collect garbage properly, I guess the ones responsible must have a work from home clause in the CBA
And as far as City of Winnipeg 311 goes, wait on hold for 30 min to get a reference # that no one follows up on. Great use of my tax dollars, Patience is all gone, time for some civil pushback until my services are restored to a level that reflects my taxes paid to this city
