I'm just here for the overreactions and to talk sports and Star Wars. Don't take my tweets seriously.

I've watched enough Stars games this year to know that Team USA wouldn't be in this first-period mess if Jake Oettinger and Jason Robertson were in the lineup. The first two periods would go perfectly fine. It would be the third period you'd have to worry about.

Finally a RH bat. Canha is 37 and had an awful season last year, but he was also injured. But for a minor league deal to find out if there's any bounceback in there, I'm completely on board.

Say this about the #DallasCowboys - they've made some mistakes in the past with contracts, but they don't bail on them immediately when they do. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? IDK. But it's something...

The Ravens got a phenomenal player in Maxx Crosby, but interesting strategy to bring in a new head coach and immediately trade away the first two first-round picks of his tenure.

Jake Burger just moved up a bunch of spots in my fan rankings. The Clone Wars is fantastic...although I'm a bit partial to Rebels myself.

Thought Diaz might wind up in AAA to start the year, but wow. Free agent signed to a major league contract in the offseason gets straight up cut.

Baumler making his second appearance above A ball in his career, and somehow I had more confidence in him getting out of that two-on, no out jam than I do asking Robert Garcia to close out a three-run lead in the ninth.

Honestly, the players should just wear this for the new City Connect hats. Ballpark nachos were invented by the Rangers, after all.

I'm fine with the concept and like the hats and pants. My lone gripe is "Tejas" and numbers being red-on-red. It looks and feels very LA Angels to me, and I don't love my team looking more like one of their rivals. But, I love Rangers in red, so I'm sure these will grow on me.
