I wear one pair of shoes for school and haven’t found any that last more than two terms. Can any teachers out there recommend any that might last a full academic year…?

Ikigai (生き甲斐) is a Japanese concept referring to something that gives a person a sense of purpose, a reason for living. Japanese have basically a word for any concept that in other languages require lots of words (except German, obviously). The term compounds two Japanese

Disappointed to bite down on this foreign object whilst enjoying pudding this evening. What does your food safety policy/procedure say we have to do now to address this ⁦Aldi Stores UK⁩ #@AldiUk ?

Had the pleasure of meeting Hannah and Margarita from ⁦Tokamak Energy⁩ today during the ⁦UK Atomic Energy Authority⁩ and ⁦Ogden Trust⁩ Fusion Teacher Conference and am delighted they have offered to speak with ⁦King Edward VI Grammar⁩ students about where A level physics might lead.

In a very rare post from me, I share a photograph of the Memorial to Princess Charlotte in St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle. Absolutely stunning and I didn’t know it was there. You’re welcome… #sculpture
