Swimming is anxiety-inducing for me. My heart and mind are racing! Despite swallowing water π yesterday was my 3rd lesson this month & I feel less anxious each time. Beating that inner voice is empowering πͺπ½ Future goal = Ironman & Ultraman πββοΈ #outworkselfdoubts #swimming
The 80/20 rule with running: 80 % of your running should be done at an easy aerobic intensity (zone 2 heart rate) 20% should be when you fly πββοΈ πββοΈπ₯ So if youβre running 5 x per week: - 4 runs at a slower pace - 1 run - send it π₯ & watch it come together for you πͺ
