Apparently Southwest Airlines forgot to schedule a FA for this flight. Sitting at the gate, rising temperature in this tin can for over an hour. Wtf? Let’s go, please

Assurant what’s the holdup!? Proof that you received my device, yet my deductible hasn’t been refunded. 3x now a rep has said “sorry, it will process in 10 business days.” From 11/12 to 1/2, over 30 business days have occurred. Why is a refund so difficult??

So Southwest Airlines decides to send an email offering points for survey feedback. Cool. Except, AFTER I enroll, my answers of “Caucasian” and “not of Hispanic descent” make me ineligible. As a rapid rewards member, these facts are already known! WTF SWA!? 😡
