Hearing Cutter Gauthier, drafted 5th overall by PHI in 2022, will return to Boston College for his sophomore season. Don’t think this is a huge surprise, and seen as the right move for his development.

I would not complain about getting Bedard (in fact I’d run into the street screaming & crying in joy), but Adam Fantilli really fits the “Flyer mold.” Look at those PIM for Michigan. Come on Gary! Do us a solid! #FlyersTwitter

Hearing that tomorrow morning, PHI will announce Keith Jones as President of Hockey Operations and officially drop the "interim" tag from Daniel Briere's GM role. Jones played 491 NHL games, the final 131 with the Flyers.

Overall I think there’s more than meets the eye here. On surface level - yes two more Flyers. But there’s nothing else about this that is similar to prior hires/structures by the Flyers or anyone else. Dan’s had success in these situations. Maybe it will pay off. Worth a shot

Steven Stamkos of the Tampa Bay Lightning was asked about the NHL banning players from wearing speciality jerseys during pregame skates, and gave an insightful answer, as he does.

"For those who struggle out there: you can change, you can effect change within yourself, and it doesn't happen alone. You need a team." Just a remarkable acceptance speech from Jim Montgomery. 👏 #NHLAwards
