Catherine McCarthy🏴 Its pretty simple – Set up your task. 25 mins doing it (no distractions) 3-5 mins break (check emails, kids, phones etc.) 25 mins again. etc. Four rounds and then a longer break of half an hour. I'm finding it really helpful to keep me in the zone for longer!
