Oct 30 - You can sign-in at any point during the Hearing - you can delete your name and move it to the end at any time during the Hearing;

Oct 30 - You can sign someone else in on their behalf - keep an eye on the list in case their turn comes up before they arrive - move them

Oct 30 - There will a request at the end asking if ”there is anyone present who wishes to speak For or Against” so drop-ins can speak

Oct 30 - The rebuttal to the ‘In Support” will be limited to the Applicant only (therefore, not everyone who spoke In Favour can rebut)

Oct 30 - There is still a maximum 5 minutes to speak, unless you are a spokesperson for a petition or group and then you have 10 minutes

Oct 30 - Council reserves the right to abbreviate repetitious oral submissions (s. 57.9 Meeting Procedural Bylaw)
