So good to hear from AGSB Alumni who are Key Workers. Old Alt Tom Seasman, was a member of Chads Challenges in 2013. Today is his first full day working as a doctor (having had an earlier than expected graduation owing to Coronavirus) at South Tyneside Hospital. #agsbalumni

So....first day as Course Manager of Chorlton-cum-HardyGC Thanks for the very warm welcome by all the members and Chorlton Pro Shop Started with greens getting a cut, an application of Rigby Taylor breaker Dynamic and watered in, plus hot spots on greens hosed with drencher pellets too.

Another massive investment by the club is our new John Deere USA fairway mower, and a lot more yet to come!

1st and 18th both had tees, approaches and surrounds cut, as well as fairways trimmed with our brand new mower.

Fairways and approaches being shaped up today. Greens cut this morning, pins changed and hot spots on greens watered with drencher pellet and hose. Rough continued and a bit of strimmer work too!⛳

Chris out soraying greens this morning. A wetting agent with a liquid tonic is being applied today.

Another really productive day out on the course today. Marcus MG Turfcare was in all day with the air2g2 getting air throughout the entire profile with minimal disturbance. Wetting agent applied with a liquid tonic. Irrigation guys in knocking off some issues, as well bunkers strimmed.

Greens all cut this morning with a bit of selective watering too. Bunkers raked, markers moved and bins emptied. Enjoy your golf everyone.

Greens cut AM, then an application of Rigby Taylor 12:0:12 +humivates across them and watered in. Fairways started, rough started with some areas blown. Team member Brandon back from holiday began cleaning around tee/directional/yardage signage ready for a top up...cracking job!

What a view this is....love this golf hole! Continued cutting and blowing rough, cutting fairways, strimming work, and signs are now ready for a top up of red shale.

Greens cut, and course set up completed. Bunkers raked, fairways continued, tees finished and strimming work continued. Accuseeded some green areas and plugged some scarred patches. Enjoy your golf everyone. ⛳👍
