After reading “Apple in China”, I feel like I understand what happened with the butterfly keyboard. Apple pushes the envelope all the time with new manufacturing ideas and processes, and usually works miracles. Once in a while they whiff. Butterfly keyboard.

iPhone feature I'd like to have: Help me out if I accidentally leave the flashlight on and I put the phone down or in my pocket. Use the proximity sensor or Face ID or the back-tap sensor. If you detect it's on, beep at me. Maybe a timer too. (Now tell me they already have this.)

Just a few chapters in to Moses and the Doctor by Luke Epplin and I'm already loving it. Favorite bits so far: - Doc's speech, as told in the Prologue - Moses's vow to himself that he sealed in the family Bible - These cool trading cards / bookmarks the publisher sent me!
