Under Labor, housing completions are going backwards and it’s harder to buy a home. Mark Speakman is right, if you want to get more homes built you need to ease taxes, build the infrastructure and revive and provide more stamp duty relief so home ownership can become a reality

Great to catch up with my friend @samoconnormp - the Queensland Minister for Housing today. Tie choices were purely coincidental, but show where our hearts lie before tonight’s big game #gotheblues💙💙💙 #origin

Labor’s works in kind announcement is fixing a problem of their own making. Developers have been asking for this. The Government promised it two years ago and they have been sitting on their hands ever since.

Chris Minns and Labor have failed to address the housing affordability crisis. It’s never been harder to be a first home-buyer or renter. And Labor has no plan to fix it. You deserve better.

Chris Minns & Labor have failed Western Sydney. NSW Liberals delivered major projects — Labor cuts, delays & spin. Calling Metro extensions to Western Sydney Airport “vanity projects” shows just how out of touch Labor is. Western Sydney deserves better.

Labor’s Treasurer thinks they’ve made more progress on housing than at anytime over the last decade, but the truth is that Chris Minns and Labor have only made the housing crisis worse. NSW is 37 percent behind on our housing targets and the pipeline of new homes is drying up

The Minns Labor Government’s 2025-26 Budget is neither visionary nor competent.   It’s not supporting families and households struggling in this cost of living crisis.   It's not planning for the future growth that our growing communities need.   And it’s not managing taxpayers’

Labor have cut essential relief for households in the middle of a cost of living crisis. And now their Budget mismanagement is costing every household in NSW. NSW deserves better.

Chris Minns must explain whether he doled out taxpayer money for political favours. He must immediately instruct his Department to complete a conflict of interest check on all 93 Labor candidates. #nswpol smh.com.au/politics/nsw/s…

🏠NSW government taxes and charges on new homes are the highest in the record and the highest in the country. 🏚️Housing completions dropped to the lowest in a decade. 🏚️ The Government forecasts a 137,000 new homes shortfall. NSW deserves a better budget for housing.
