AgTwitter I am looking for help. A few years ago I remember a post of “sweeps” that were made for the front of a planter row unit. The purpose was to cut off corn when replanting/spotting into a poor stand. I saved the pictures but cannot seem to find them Pic for attention

Who is the next seller of cash #corn? All the commercial corn stocks on June 1 are probably sold (inversion). The US farmer has 470 mbu less corn than last year. Cash market going to feel really tight until harvest is close. Brazil better take August sales.

USDA almost always leaves corn and soybean yield projections unchanged from trendline in the July report, so this was fully expected to be unchanged… and it was. USDA did cut old-crop corn carryover to just 1.34 billion bushels, but that was basically as expected. New-crop is

Without a threat to crops that legitimately loses bushels off expectations, it will be hard to sustain rallies. More in this blog post: bullpentrading.com/fourth-week-of… #Corn #Soybeans #Wheat #Cattle #Hogs

It’s always good to get the August USDA report out of the way because it becomes more uncertain and volatile than probably any other report of the year. Details on the report and what it means below: bullpentrading.com/second-week-of… #Corn #Soybeans #Wheat #Cattle #Hogs

Even with big supply fears, the export business continues to line up for US corn sales. We are priced roughly $20 a ton cheaper than Brazil on corn currently, and the world realizes it. More things to consider this week: bullpentrading.com/third-week-of-… #Corn #Soybeans #Wheat #Cattle

After my dad’s accident last week, and so close to fall, it is stressful, and I was feeling it. Lots of offers of help. As farmers, we are a very prideful bunch, and it is difficult to except help. Farm Rescue is something I learned about from Zach the MFer

With the government shutdown and lack of data to go on the US crops, traders will likely focus on the upcoming meeting with China, as well as weather in South America. This and more in blog post: bullpentrading.com/first-week-of-… #Corn #Soybeans #wheat #Cattle #Hogs
