My biggest pet peeve has become companies like Spectrum who set up in Kroger, Costco, and elsewhere to panhandle for new customers. Does anyone appreciate being harassed at the grocery? Is anyone like "oh crap, I forgot to put the internet on my list. Yes, I'd like some."

A.L.I.C.E should be changed to Y.O.Y.O (You're On Your Own).

This is a freshman's first self portrait (from life). He asked if it was "good" and I replied that it was. He told me he didn't know he could draw before now. He seemed really surprised with himself. Exposure is crucial. You never know when you're going to be great at something.

ADHD is having an intense desire to do something but not doing it because I have other things to do, ultimately doing nothing, and feeling guilty about it. It's "all or nothing". If I can't focus on the thing I want without distraction/interruption I won't do anything at all.

I was drinking my coffee and talking to my hallmates between classes last week when a student walks up to us and says we give off "strong parent vibes". Then she looks at me and says "look at you in your dad clothes, drinking out of your dad mug, and talking about dad things".

My children can sense that I'm tired and stressed like it's chum in the water
