Matt Hourihan Tim Clancy Divyansh Kaushik U.S. National Science Foundation Mark Muro AAU Perhaps the "CHIPs & Science Act" should be renamed the "CHIPPING Away at Science Act" for instead of seeing increases in science funding as was promised, we are actual seeing real & significant cuts. This comes at the very time when China has announced major new S&T investments.
