Located on the corner of Colliers Blvd and Immokalee Road in Naples, Stevens Construction is underway with TreeFarm Plaza, a 27,000 SF project that will include two buildings designed to accommodate up to 15 tenants.

Stevens Construction begins Kari Mann Dental Studio, a 5,200 SF facility dedicated to comprehensive family and cosmetic dentistry, along with advanced dental implants. Their unique approach to easing dental anxiety includes a friendly service dog available for snuggles!

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Fabio Ruiz. A dedicated member of our special projects team, Fabio will be remembered for his unwavering positivity and warm smile that brightened every room. He will be deeply missed by all.

PopStroke Fort Myers and Sarasota are getting makeovers!  Stevens Construction, the original contractor on both sites, is back on the course. Our Special Projects team is installing new cabinetry, wall tile, wall accents and a fresh coat of paint—all within just three weeks.

Our Special Projects team is hard at work with the interior renovation of the Breckenridge Golf & Tennis Club clubhouse, located at 20091 Wimbleton Court in Estero.

Our special projects team is transforming a vacant building located at 915 Cape Coral Parkway into the newest location of Wintrust Bank. Our team demolished the existing interior finishes of the 3,919 SF building and provided new finishes that reflect the Wintrust brand.
