Taiwan Supreme Court overturned a guilty verdict handed down to CTP Changhua by Taichung High Court. In Taiwan, the Taipei High Court has previously ruled tournaments legal as "competitions, not gambling," but this is the first time that a Supreme Court ruling has been made.
