Travelled to Bushy Parkrun on Saturday to run where it all began. Really cold but sunny day with 1271 runners. Came 126th in 21:04 happy with that after such an early start. Thanks to @bushyparkrun for a great event in a stunning location and to Emma for driving #parkrun

Milton Keynes Rocket 5K today. New PB with a time of 20:09 official in quite cold conditions. Very happy with that... new target of sub 20 set for this year 🤪 Where will it end!
